VARSITY RANKS 3RD IN INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT

 Batangas Campus - Upper School basketball varsity landed third in the Asian International School Activities Conference tournament (AISAC) hosted by Southville International School and Colleges on November 18-21, 2010.

It was a double victory for the SSIS team as the school’s five-time MVP Demjoe Smith R. Bool was chosen as part of the Mythical 5.

AISAC is a sports competition among SGEN international schools, Global Jaya International School based in Indonesia and other local schools namely, San Beda College – Alabang, PAREF Woodrose, PAREF Rosehill, De La Salle Zobel, La Salle Canlubang, St. Francis of Assisi College System, St. Anthony School and Chinese International School.

Aiming to develop camaraderie and promote sports development among the participating schools, the competition featured games like volleyball, football and basketball.
