GAYOSO TO FIRE UP SSIS VARSITY TEAM

Tryouts for the basketball varsity was held last July 1, 2010 with Jayvee Goyoso as the new coach/trainer. With Coach Jayvee Gayoso at the helm, the SSIS varsity team will surely get tougher and stronger. A former PBA player and the current Director of Sports Management Department of the Lyceum of the Philippines – Batangas, Sir Jayvee was featured in Chris Tiu’s TV show “Ako Mismo” in Channel 5. He also appeared on some films during the 1990s. Sir Jayvee has been the school’s trainer in the Worthwhile Weekend Program (Basketball) since 2008 and he is instrumental in the formation of our newest varsity and training team. [read more...]
